Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the product is opened and used.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and shop in confidence.  Knowing your purchased product is fresh and made specifically for you!


If you are not satisfied, we ask that you contact us via email ( or via instant message on FB or IG.  

The product must be shipped back within 7 days of the date you received it and in the original unopened packaging.

**Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please be aware that customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Pictures may be requested of the issues in question.  Credit will be applied from its original method of payment.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
